Soldering & Circuit Board AssemblerExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a Soldering & Circuit Board Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, and working with electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position requires precision, a steady hand, and the ability to follow technical instructions and quality standards.Responsibilities:Perform hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards following IPC standards.Inspect and test completed boards to ensure quality and functionality.Assemble, repair, and rework circuit boards and electronic assemblies as needed.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Qualifications:Previous soldering and PCB assembly experience required.Knowledge of electronic components and circuit board layouts.Ability to use soldering irons, hand tools, and microscopes.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.Dependable, punctual, and able to work the assigned shift
