Circuit Board AssemblerNECIC Staffing is currently accepting applications for upcoming Circuit Board Assembler opportunities with a well-established manufacturing company in the Wadsworth area. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with electronic assembly experience who can accurately read schematics and assemble circuit boards to meet quality standards.If you enjoy precision work, have a strong attention to detail, and are looking for a stable first-shift opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.Job Responsibilities:Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and schematicsRead and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and assembly drawingsInstall, solder, and secure electronic components using hand tools and assembly equipmentInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracyIdentify and report defects or production issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsPerform other assembly and production duties as assignedQualifications:Previous circuit board or electronic assembly experience preferredAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics is requiredExperience working with small components and precision hand toolsExcellent attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shiftDependable attendance and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPay & Schedule:Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday–FridayHours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMFull-time positionBenefits:Weekly PayMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceReferral Bonus ProgramOpportunities for AdvancementDedicated Recruiter SupportTemp-to-Hire Opportunities AvailableWhy Work with NECIC Staffing?At NECIC Staffing, we're more than just a staffing agency—we're invested in our community.
