About This Role
The Circulating Nurse Specialist provides operational support to the nursing unit while exemplifying Upstate's mission and values. This role is ideal for those with clinical expertise and a passion for enhancing patient experience.

Schedule: Full-time, Day/Eve with on-call weekends & holidays
What You'll Do
Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit.
Drive customer service and quality in patient care.
Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program.
Act as an active member of the unit leadership team.
Requirements
Education:
Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State.
Experience:
2 years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area.
