Job description
Spring Health is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to define and lead enterprise security, risk, and IT strategy. The role reports to the CTO and manages Security Ops, App/Product security, cloud security, and GRC functions across a hybrid NY/SF footprint.
The CISO will partner with executives to protect patient and member data, enable product velocity, and drive enterprise resilience as Spring Health scales, including AI initiatives and integration programs.
