Job description
FCCMA is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the city’s financial strategy and all finance functions. The role requires advanced GAAP knowledge, public sector budgeting, and supervisory responsibilities.
The incumbent will implement budget controls, oversee payroll and contracting, manage external audits, and guide long-term fiscal plans and CIP funding to ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal health.
