Job description
The City of Kirksville is seeking a City Manager to lead a vibrant community of about 17,500 residents in northeast Missouri. Reporting to the City Council, the City Manager will implement council policies, oversee day-to-day operations, and appoint department managers to keep municipal services running smoothly.
