Job description
The City of Webster, Texas is seeking a City Manager to serve as the chief administrative officer responsible for planning, directing, managing, and reviewing municipal operations.
This role coordinates programs across departments, maintains financial integrity, represents the city to the public and other agencies, and provides high-level policy advice to the Mayor and City Council while supervising managers and staff.
