Job description
Osborn Engineering seeks a Civil Department Manager for our St. Petersburg, FL location. This leadership role reports to the Florida Director of Civil Engineering and requires PE licensure in Florida, extensive land development experience, and a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
You will guide design and permitting efforts, manage project delivery, budgeting, and client relations, while mentoring engineers and fostering growth in a collaborative environment.
