\ NProfessional Engineer is a mid-level position that will manage and oversee complex infrastructure and engineering development projects. The Professional Engineer will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include project planning and coordination, technical analysis and review, and proactive engagement with stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery. This role also calls for effective problem-solving skills, leadership in guiding junior engineers, and a commitment to upholding professional standards and continuous improvement

Requirements
\ NEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
\ N 5 - 15 years of demonstrated experience in civil engineering.
\ N Bachelor or Master of Science degree in engineering, or other related degree in a technical field required.
\ N Professional Engineer (PE) license required to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
\ N Expertise with the sitedevelopment discipline is required.
\ N Oil and gas, geotechnical, or environmental engineering related experience is required.
\ N Water and/or wastewaterengineering related experience is preferred.
\ N Advanced certificationsor licenses in relevant fields are preferred.
\ N Staff are encouraged towork towards obtaining applicable certifications and/or accreditations upon the recommendation of your supervisor.
\ N QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
\ NIndividuals must be able to perform each essential duty at a minimum satisfactory level. The items below are representative of the knowledge, skills, characteristics and/or abilities required.
\ N Proficiency with relevant software and applications such as GIS, AutoCAD, or similar for designing and drafting engineering plans.
\ N Ability to interpret and analyze complex engineering data to produce actionable insights aligned with client and project objectives.
\ N Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements pertinent to the engineering field.
\ N Ability to write technical reports, proposals and regulatory documents.
\ N Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
\ N Strong technical writing skills.
\ N Excellent communicationskills.
\ N Ability to work extended hours when needed.
\ N Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
\ N Collaborative skills with a strong work ethic.
\ N Be dependable (regular attendance required).
\ N Strong commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field.
\ N A demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
