Job description
Central Indiana is a busy market for land development, and TYG is working with civil engineering firms and developers who are hiring. If you want a role with room to grow, a team that values your input, and a steady pipeline of projects, we'd like to talk.
What you'll work on
Greenfield and suburban development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites
Site layout, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management from concept to construction drawings
Entitlements, rezoning, and permitting with local municipalities and Indiana state agencies
Working directly with developers, owners, and design consultants
For PM-level candidates: running project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships
What we're looking for
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Hands-on experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work
EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Indiana jurisdictional requirements
Clear communicator with a record of delivering projects on time
