Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to establish and build a Civil Engineering Practice in the Houston office. Responsibilities include leading business development efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client service. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and a Texas Professional Engineer License.
