Job description
Blattner Energy, Inc. seeks a Lead Assistant Superintendent to direct self-perform civil and grading crews on heavy-construction projects in the Avon, MN area.
You will lead safety programs, coach foremen and crafts, and manage field risk while coordinating with the Site Manager to meet productivity and cost targets. The role requires 5+ years of supervision, strong QA/QC, and the ability to read specs/drawings.
