Duties
Represent clients in civil litigation and insurance defense cases.
Handle personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and construction defect matters.
Manage commercial transportation legal issues.
Meet a monthly billable requirement of 160 hours.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense.
Familiarity with personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Experience in premises liability and construction defect preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in California.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
