Cole Law Group, PC is seeking an ambitious and motivated Associate Litigation Attorney who is looking for meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and entrepreneurial legal practice.
This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advocacy, values professionalism, and thrives in a fast-moving but supportive team environment. Associates at Cole Law Group are given substantive responsibility early in their careers and work closely with experienced litigators on a broad range of matters.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior attorneys with hearing and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
Handle written discovery, including requests and responses
Manage case deadlines, dockets, and client communications
Communicate with opposing counsel, court clerks, and judicial chambers
Attend and conduct procedural and administrative hearings
Support overall case strategy and litigation management
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications
Expected salary range: $85,000 – $140,000+ annually, depending on experience
