$80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Newark, New Jersey, offering the benefits of working closely with attorneys and colleagues in a collaborative office environment.
Note:
Active admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. Civil litigation experience is preferred, particularly 3+ years, but we are open to both newer attorneys and experienced litigators who are a strong fit.

Job Description
Handle civil litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process.
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Participate in discovery, case strategy, negotiations, hearings, and court appearances as appropriate to experience.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
Analyze legal and factual issues and develop practical strategies for resolving disputes.
Manage deadlines, case files, and assigned matters with strong attention to detail.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals across the firm.
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Bar admission required.
Civil litigation experience preferred, with 3+ years especially desirable.
Newer and more senior attorneys are encouraged to apply.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
Comfortable working full-time on-site in Newark.
