Insurance Defense Attorney – Remote
I’m working with a highly respected law firm that is expanding its litigation practice and looking to add experienced Senior Insurance Defense Attorneys .
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced defense attorney who wants sophisticated litigation work, meaningful client exposure, and the flexibility of a 100% remote environment .

Key Responsibilities
Manage insurance defense cases from inception through resolution.
Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings.
Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies.
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
Qualifications
1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $260,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
