Civil Litigation: Senior Asscoiate or Counsel - California (Hybrid/Remote)
A well-established civil litigation firm with nearly a century of experience is seeking talented litigators to join its growing team. Openings are available at multiple levels-from Associate to Of Counsel to Partner -across offices in Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego or Walnut Creek . Key Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including professional liability, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, and employment disputes.
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Take expert depositions and, depending on experience, first-chair or second-chair trials.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies.
Travel as needed for court appearances and depositions (remote work options available).
Key Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Admission to practice in California
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred for senior roles
Experience in insurance defense, professional liability, transportation, healthcare, employment, EPLI, construction, or business litigation preferred.
Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $145,000-$225,000+ depending on practice area and experience.
