Job description
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Department Manager for the Governmental/Municipal team in Mt. Arlington, NJ. The role leads a production team, drives budgets, and ensures project scope, schedule, and quality while developing new business and maintaining client relationships.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in civil engineering with a P.E. license and 10+ years in civil/municipal infrastructure design, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
