Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project on a greenfield site. As Civil QA Inspector you inspect the work that everything else is built on: earthworks, foundations, mass concrete and underground services. Two positions are available.
What you get to do:
Inspect earthworks, subgrade preparation and compaction.
Witness concrete placement including mass pours and turbine machine foundations.
Verify rebar placement, formwork and embedded items before pour.
Review concrete test results and batch records.
Attend client hold points and record findings.
Raise and drive closure of nonconformances.
What you bring to the role:
7+ years inspecting civil work on power or heavy industrial projects.
Hands-on experience with mass concrete and machine foundations.
Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
Technical qualification, or equivalent years of field experience.
Nice to have:
ACI certification.
OSHA 30 — provided by the project after mobilization if you do not already hold it.
