Colliers Engineering & Design in Southfield, MI is seeking a Department Manager to lead the Civil/Site discipline. You will oversee professional, technical, management, marketing, administrative and financial aspects to deliver cost-effective services and profitable outcomes.
You will drive staffing, utilization, and development while advancing proposal strategy, client satisfaction, and healthy safety compliance across regions. Travel to offices will be required.
