Overview
Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A., a law firm with offices in South Carolina and Georgia, seeks a Civil Trial Attorney - Medical Malpractice/ Nursing Home Negligence for the Columbia office. The practice focuses on the defense of doctors, hospitals, long-term care facilities, dentists, and other health professionals.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil trials and related proceedings in the defense of medical malpractice and nursing home negligence matters.
Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategy, conduct discovery, and prepare for trial.
Engage in motion practice, settlement negotiations, and appellate considerations as appropriate.
Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing in civil trial defense in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, or related areas.
Strong written and oral advocacy, analytical, and negotiation skills.
