Claims AnalystExpress Employment Professionals is now hiring a Claims Analyst!Pay: $16/hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.Job duties include but are not limited to:Code and enter all incoming charge backEnter a reason code, status, purchase order and comment for each charge back within 24 hoursCorrespond by email, fax, letter and phone to recover unauthorized deductionsMake adjustments to the Accounts Receivable module for credits, unapplied cash and deductions as neededSkills required:Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workersOrganizational skillsBasic understanding of Accounts Receivable proceduresComputer skills, Excel knowledgeAbility to remain focused on repetitive work
