Core Specialty Early Careers Development ProgramCome grow with us!Core Specialty's Early Career Development Program (ECDP) is a two-year, full-time initiative for graduating seniors and early career professionals. ECDPs work alongside industry experts on daily tasks and projects, build productive relationships, and network with leaders at all levels and diverse teams. With guided development and tailored networking experiences, participants gain the skills to advance their career.You worked hard to achieve your dream of obtaining a college degree, now it's time to do the same as you launch your career in Core Specialty's Early Careers Development Program. Let us give you the opportunity to explore an exciting career path in a supportive and encouraging environment where every ambition is within reach.Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:Develop technical knowledge of insurance claims handling, coverage, reserving, and regulatory compliance requirements.Support claims audits, file reviews, and operational oversight activities.Promote consistency, compliance, and best practices across claims operations.Technical Knowledge & Experiences:Organizational leadership experience, business acumen, and an interest in insurance operations.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to compliance.Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, finance, or related field.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over work authorization sponsorship now or in the future for this position. #LI-HybridAt Core Specialty, you will receive a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
