What you can expect as a Claims Business Analyst:

Analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and root causes impacting claim severity, leakage, cycle time, re-open rates, expense management, and customer satisfaction.

Partner with Claims Operations, Quality Assurance, SIU, Finance, and leadership to translate business questions into analytical requirements and success metrics.

Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve claims handling practices, reduce operational risk, and enhance efficiency across the claims lifecycle.

Monitor emerging trends in claims performance and proactively communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to claims leadership.

Perform detailed analysis to identify cost drivers, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.

Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring communication to adjusters, managers, and executives.

What we are looking for as a Claims Business Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree in DataAnalytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or relatedfield.

5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in insurance or claims operations.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
