Discover a fulfilling career where you can grow and make a difference!ResponsibilitiesRetrieve and match US postal mail and electronic mail to appropriate claim files using CMS and AMS systems.Enter information into CMS and forward documents as necessary for processing.Type and proofread a variety of materials including letters, reports, and memorandums.Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and sorting mail.Assist management and adjusters, and respond to claimants and insureds on inquiries.Contact agents and insureds to obtain or clarify information on loss reports.Prepare outgoing mail and maintain office supplies and forms.Update claim manuals and documents on the shared drive.Assist in typing and processing payments for approved billings and expenses.Handle First Notice of Loss calls and enter them into TCC.Maintain and process a small claims queue assigned to you.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent, with courses in typing and personal computer skills.2 years of experience as a Claim Clerk or equivalent, demonstrating basic knowledge of computer entry and operations.Good working knowledge of claim processing and claim policies and procedures.PreferencesExperience with RightFax and Ricoh Kofax ImageTech (Redaction Software).Strong time management and decision-making skills.Highly task-oriented and organized self-starter.This position offers a 40-hour workweek, with standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Post-training, the candidate will be required to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
