Job description
Claims CoordinatorThe Claims Coordinator supports the end to end claims process by reviewing, processing, and tracking inbound claims while ensuring clear and timely communication between claimants, internal teams, and insurance carriers. They respond to phone and email inquiries, research claim details, monitor workflow tasks, and identify irregularities that may require escalation or corrective action.
