Job description
MegaCorp Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Claims Director to lead the Claims Department and drive strategic resolution of cargo and property damage claims. You will oversee investigations, evaluations, settlements, recoveries, and risk management while coordinating with Legal, Sales, Operations, Finance, and carriers.
You will develop reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and processes to reduce exposure and improve recoveries, ensuring exceptional service and strong leadership across the team.
