Claims RepresentativeEssential FunctionsParticipate in training and continuing education courses as requested or required; gaining knowledge, skills, and ability to perform functions of a Claims Representative.Learn to communicate with customers and other claims personnel regarding procedures, problems, and coverages.Investigate, evaluate, validate, negotiate, and settle all claims as assigned.Analyze claim situations for coverage by contract.Continually gain working knowledge of policy coverages.Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors or better.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
