Colleagues enjoy an award-winning culture that fosters a highly productive and results-driven working environment.A Day in the Life: As our Claims Service Representative on the Business Insurance Claims team, you'll be the key connector between clients, service staff, and insurance carriers. You'll handle claim information processing, guide clients through reporting procedures, and keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish. You'll also support our Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates, preparing reports, and helping resolve client questions. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help ensure a seamless, efficient claims experience for everyone involved.Our Future Colleague: We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:1+ years of experience processing and managing insurance claims with accuracyStrong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teamsAbility to maintain detailed and organized claim documentationProficiency with software systems, including ExcelAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficientlyCommitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrityThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related fieldIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with insurance coverage terms and claims strategyPrevious experience supporting claims consultants or managersWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
