APL Cargo is hiring experienced solo reefer drivers who want steady miles, a truck that runs, and a company that answers the phone.
$5,200 LOYALTY BONUS + RAISES TO $0.73/MILE
$100/week bonus for your first 52 weeks of employment
AVERAGE SOLO WEEKLY PAY - HOME WEEKLY
$1,400 – $1,900 / week + Bonus Incentives for MPG + Safety
AVERAGE SOLO WEEKLY PAY - OTR 2+ WEEKS
$1,600 – $2,200 / week + Bonus Incentives for MPG + Safety
Top drivers average 14,000–15,000 miles a month, with pay starting at $0.65 CPM.
YOUR RAISE SCHEDULE
$0.65 start → $0.67 at 90 days → $0.69 at 1 year → up to $0.73
Earn each raise with:

EXTRA PAY ON TOP OF YOUR CPM
$5,200 Loyalty Bonus — $100/week for your first 52 weeks
MPG Bonus — Starts at 6.5 MPG, +½¢/mile for every 0.1 MPG improvement
Safety Bonus — +2¢/mile
Clean DOT Inspection Bonus
Detention & Layover Pay — $25/hour after 3 hours of detention, $150/day layover
Breakdown Pay — You get paid when the load doesn't cooperate
