Position highlights
Team structure: Full-time W-2 OTR team position. A two-driver team is required, and no solo openings are available.
Weekly pay: $2,400-$2,800 per driver, with a documented weekly average of $2,437.50.
Schedule: Out 5-6 days, with home time every week. Home Sun-Mon.
Freight: No-touch, drop-and-hook. Point to point, FedEx terminal to terminal, with very little backing or dock bumping. Yard jockeys handle most of that.
Safety incentive: Earn $41.25-$55.00 per qualifying week, accrued and paid every six months ($2,145-$2,860 annually if earned every qualifying week).
Performance incentives: Additional financial rewards for safe driving and clean DOT inspections.
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision. Eligibility begins after 30 days, subject to plan terms.
Requirements
At least 36 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
An active Doubles/Triples endorsement, or willingness to obtain it quickly
A safe driving history with zero drug or alcohol violations
Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety, dispatch and DOT compliance
Dependable attendance, professional conduct and a safety-first work ethic
What you'll do
Operate OTR lanes safely and efficiently as part of a two-driver team
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD records
Follow DOT, company and customer safety procedures
Communicate promptly with dispatch about delays, equipment concerns and route status
Open and dedicated linehaul routes

Ocala, FL to open FedEx terminals, OTR
Weekly mileage varies by assigned lane.
