Hiring Team Drivers | Reset at Home Every Weekend | No Touch Freight.
OTR CLASS A TEAM DRIVERS
$130K+ PER DRIVER | HOME EVERY WEEKEND
$0.91 PER MILE • 5,400 MILES/WEEK • HOME EVERY WEEKEND & HOLIDAYS
Looking for a team driving opportunity where the miles keep moving and you're still home every weekend?
Crystal Print, Inc. is hiring experienced Class A OTR Team Drivers for our employee-operated fleet based in Little Chute, WI.
Our teams average approximately 5,400 paid hub miles per week and 130,000 paid hub miles per year.
You leave Monday and come home every weekend for your HOS reset.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Starting pay: $0.91 per hub mile
5,400 miles per week
$4,914 per week per truck
Approximately $2,457 per driver per week in mileage pay
Approximately $127,700 per driver annually in mileage pay at average mileage
$20 U.S. stop/drop pay per driver
$30 Canadian stop/drop pay per driver
Additional bonus opportunities
$5,000 signing bonus paid in 3 parts over two years
$130,000+ first-year earning potential

HOME EVERY WEEKEND
This is not the typical OTR team-driving schedule.
Our schedule is designed around getting you home every weekend:
Monday: Leave Little Chute
During the week: Dedicated routes throughout the U.S. and Canada
Weekend: Home for your HOS reset
You are also home for holidays.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 2 years / 200,000 miles tractor-trailer experience
Clean driving record
Ability to run interstate
Ability to drive in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 25 years of age or older
