Compensation: Your pay will be influenced by your experience, education, specific skills, job function, geographic location, and other applicable legal factors. The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $34.61 to $36.10 , with the Delivery Driver role starting at $35.13 per hour . This position is also eligible for overtime pay.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Four days a week
No weekend shifts
Start time between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. until all deliveries are completed
Eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid over the course of one year!
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times
Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas
Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures
Handle customer payments and collections when required
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift
Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift)
Qualifications: Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
Minimum age of 21 years
Valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
At least six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in food and/or beverage delivery
Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred and may be required in certain locations
Proficient in reading and communicating in English, including understanding traffic signs and responding to inquiries
