Owner Operators
DSL Express is hiring owner operators with 2+ years of CDL experience and reliable vehicles.
Regions
Lower 48, primarily Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest and West regions. Optional high‑pay Canadian loads available.
Gross Earnings
Between $260,000 and $364,000 per year.

Job Requirements
Class A CDL (additional endorsements a bonus).
2+ years of CDL experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Reliable tractor; trailers can be rented if not owned.
Driver Requirements
At least 23 years old.
Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
Pass drug test.
Valid medical card.
Stable work history and good references.
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug/alcohol test in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's, or BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last year.

Gross Earnings Explained
In a typical year, a single driver OTR gross earn average is 4‑6 k per week during the slow season (Jan‑Mar / Jul‑Aug) and 6‑8 k+ per week during the peak season.
