Class B CDL Septic TechnicianSeptic Blue is a growing leader in septic system services, providing septic tank pumping, inspections, repairs, and maintenance. We are looking for a Class B CDL Septic Technician to join our team. No septic experience? No problem! If you have a current and valid Class A or Class B CDL, we are willing to train the right candidate.$100,000–$150,000+ Potential Earnings | CDL B or A | Paid Training | Benefits Day 1What We Offer:$100,000–$150,000+ potential earning capacityHealth, dental & vision insurance available Day 1401(k) eligibility after 30 days$30,000 company-paid life insurancePaid training for qualified CDL holdersNo hidden fee withdrawals from your compensationOpportunity to build a long-term career in a growing companyWhat You'll Do:Perform septic tank pumping, maintenance, and repair servicesConduct septic system inspections and identify potential issuesTroubleshoot and repair septic system components, including pumps, pipes, and distribution boxesSafely operate vacuum trucks, tools, and other equipmentProvide professional, exceptional customer serviceCommunicate with customers regarding services and recommendationsFollow company safety procedures and applicable health regulationsMaintain accurate service records and invoicingWhat We're Looking For:Valid Class A or Class B CDLTanker Endorsement required or willingness to obtain immediatelyClean MVRSeptic industry experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to perform physical labor and lift heavy equipmentStrong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skillsGood communication skills and ability to work independentlyWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditionsCustomer service and/or sales experience preferredExperience in any of the following is a plus: Septic, sewer, construction, plumbing, pest control, skilled trades, trade sales, or outside sales.Why Join Septic Blue?
