We are world-class.First Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PMPay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hourResponsibilities:Follows job specifications for packaging as detailed on the job cardRecords start and completion of jobRemoves web from stamped parts and completes visual inspectionAdvises supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved; escalates to Plant Manager if neededPerforms secondary inspection as directed by Plant Manager or Quality Control Dept.Follows FIFO protocol for inventory rotationMaintains proper housekeeping during and at the end of work shiftMeets or exceeds department efficiency and productivity goalsCross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadline
