Production Technician – Medical Manufacturing Night ShiftTOPS Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a growing medical manufacturing operation in Clinton, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent Monday–Friday night schedule, paid training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. The company is willing to train dependable candidates who are comfortable working around automated equipment, following detailed procedures, and paying close attention to quality.Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AMStarting Pay: $20.75/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday Consistent 8-hour night shiftPaid trainingAdditional overtime may be availableOpportunity for increased pay as you gain experience and take on additional responsibilitiesWhat You'll DoAs a Production Operator, you'll operate and monitor automated equipment used to manufacture medical products. You'll be responsible for keeping production running efficiently while following strict quality and safety procedures. Your responsibilities will include:Operating and monitoring automated production equipmentLoading materials into machinery and removing finished productMonitoring equipment during productionPerforming routine quality checksIdentifying and reporting production or equipment issuesRecording production and quality information accuratelyFollowing detailed work instructions and manufacturing proceduresWorking in a cleanroom environment and following required PPE requirementsKeeping your workstation clean, organized, and safeWorking with your team to meet daily production and quality goalsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable people who are willing to learn and take pride in their work.
