Position Summary
The Clean Room Manufacturing Worker performs manufacturing, cleaning, inspection, testing, packaging, and general production activities while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety requirements, and clean room protocols. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet strict customer and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble precision components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
Perform manufacturing operations within a controlled Class 100 clean room environment
Follow GMP requirements, quality standards, and established procedures
Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product compliance
Perform cleaning and preparation processes for components and assemblies
Package products according to specifications and customer requirements
Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records
Safely operate manufacturing equipment and tools
Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing, assembly, semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, or clean room experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and specifications
Comfortable working in a clean room environment while wearing gowns, gloves, masks, and other required PPE for the duration of the shift
Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

For candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $22.26 - $37.84 per hour, non-exempt. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific range for your location during the hiring process.
