Temporary Clean Room Manufacturing WorkersIchor Systems, Inc. is seeking temporary Clean Room Manufacturing Workers to support production operations in a Class 100 clean room environment.The role involves performing manufacturing and cleaning processes, product inspection, testing, packaging, and general production support while following strict GMP and clean room protocols.The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing or clean room environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, follows procedures consistently, and is comfortable working the full swing shift while wearing clean room PPE.Temporary Assignment: Clean Room Manufacturing WorkersSwing Shift - Monday through Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pmShift Differential – 10%ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload cleaning and manufacturing equipmentPerform DI wash, ultrasonic wash, alcohol wiping, swabbing, drying, and cleaning processesConduct leak checks, LPC testing, function testing, and flow testingAssemble, inspect, package, bag, and label productsOperate air and electric drivers, bag sealers, and testing equipmentFollow GMP, clean room procedures, and PPE requirementsCross-train and support other production areas as neededAssist with inventory and material handling activitiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentManufacturing, assembly, semiconductor, medical device, or clean room experience preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detailBasic computer skillsOrbital welding experience is a plusSwing Shift - Monday through Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pmPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and/or sit for extended periodsFrequent use of hands for assembly and handling small componentsAbility to wear full clean room PPE throughout the shiftLift up to 25 pounds occasionallyPerform repetitive tasks in a production environmentFor candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $32.84 per hour, non-exempt.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
