Job description
Clean Room Production TechnicianWe are seeking a detail-oriented Clean Room Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX (77041). This position supports the cleaning, inspection, packaging, and documentation of precision plastic machine components within a controlled clean room environment. This is not a janitorial cleaning position and is not primarily a laboratory role. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow written procedures while handling delicate components in a contamination-controlled environment.Clean Room Production Technician Responsibilities:Perform controlled cleaning, water rinsing, and IPA cleaning processes on precision componentsConduct visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specificationsPackage and label finished products according to established proceduresComplete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain part, lot, and job traceabilityFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructionsHandle delicate finished components carefully to prevent contamination or damageMaintain clean room standards and comply with all quality requirementsEnter production and traceability information into computer systemsSupport assembly and manufacturing operations as neededRequirements for Clean Room Production Technician:Previous manufacturing experience requiredExperience in a clean room or ISO-controlled environment preferredAbility to follow detailed written instructions and SOPsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfortable working with IPA and approved cleaning processesAbility to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accuratelyBasic computer and data entry skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to stand and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 35 poundsAbility to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detailAbility to work in a climate-controlled clean room environmentAbility to complete company screening processCandidates with experience in the following environments are highly encouraged to apply:Semiconductor manufacturingMedical device manufacturingClean room manufacturingPrecision manufacturingPrecision component inspection and packagingWe are specifically seeking candidates with manufacturing, inspection, assembly, packaging, or clean room experience.
