Cleaning Support Technician / Traveling Site LeaderClean Team is seeking a dependable and motivated Cleaning Support Technician / Traveling Site Leader to provide operational support across multiple commercial cleaning locations throughout Northwest Ohio.This position supports commercial facilities throughout the Greater Northwest Ohio region, including Toledo, Holland, Maumee, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Oregon, Northwood, Rossford, Whitehouse, Swanton, Waterville, Monclova, and surrounding communities.Keep Operations Running. Instead, you'll serve as a flexible cleaning leader-supporting new account start-ups, assisting existing teams, training employees, covering open shifts, delivering supplies, and helping ensure every customer receives the level of service Clean Team is known for.If you're someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, takes pride in solving problems, and wants an opportunity to grow into operations leadership, we'd love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesSupport nightly cleaning operations at multiple client locations throughout Northwest OhioMaintain company quality standards while ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceededTrain and mentor new cleaning employees on proper procedures, safety, and company standardsProvide shift coverage and operational support when staffing shortages occurAssist with new account launches, special projects, inspections, and quality improvement initiativesDeliver cleaning supplies and equipment while monitoring inventory levelsCommunicate with Operations Managers regarding staffing needs, equipment concerns, and site conditionsPrioritize work effectively while adapting to changing operational needsPerform commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, dusting, floor care, and trash removalRepresent Clean Team professionally while building positive relationships with clients and fellow team membersQualificationsRequiredValid driver's licenseReliable transportationCurrent automobile insuranceAbility to travel throughout the Greater Northwest Ohio service areaStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to lift equipment and remain active throughout an eight-hour shiftPreferredPrevious commercial cleaning experienceTeam Lead, Site Lead, Floor Technician, or Janitorial Supervisor experienceExperience training or mentoring employeesFloor care experience (buffing, stripping, waxing, carpet care) is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceConsistent full-time evening scheduleMileage reimbursement between client locationsPaid training and ongoing professional developmentOpportunities for advancement into Operations and Management positionsCompany uniforms providedStable employment with a growing commercial cleaning companySupportive leadership and team-oriented cultureAbout Clean TeamClean Team is one of the Midwest's leading commercial cleaning companies, providing professional janitorial services to offices, medical facilities, schools, industrial buildings, financial institutions, and other commercial properties throughout the region.We believe our people are our greatest asset.
