Job description

Cleanroom AssemblerPerform manufacturing operations including stent coating, crimping, sealing, packaging, and other assembly activities while handling small, delicate components requiring precision and fine motor skills. Conduct visual inspections under a microscope to verify product quality and ensure conformance to specifications. Work in a collaborative environment with a small team of 6-7 employees, where your contributions are valued.Work EnvironmentThe role operates within a small (12x30) cleanroom environment that is climate-controlled. Employees must follow cleanroom protocols, including wearing a gown, lab coat, shoe covers, and gloves. The majority of operations, about 90%, are conducted inside the cleanroom. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible start times between 7:30 AM and 8 AM, working 8 hours. There are two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. Some availability on Saturdays is preferred but not mandatory.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melbourne, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
