Job description
Cleanroom AssemblerDuties & ResponsibilitiesAssemble, fabricate, and clean parts into subassemblies and complete unitsTest, calibrate, inspect, and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specificationsRead and interpret blueprint requirements, including:Epicor receiving and rejecting partsFinal inspection, exception identification, and document filingEpicor verification, buy-off, and hard card stampingIn-process inspection and verification that all test certifications are included in the hard cardMeasuring sealing surfaces and O-ring depthRequired Skills & AbilitiesBasic reading, writing, and arithmetic skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to use hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power toolsManual dexterity for operating machinery and computersKnowledge and proper use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Lee plug installation toolsKnowledge of testing and integrationAbility to read wiring schematicsAbility to follow blueprints and written instructionsAbility to train and certify other assemblersAbility to maintain quality standardsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 5–7 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred (at least 1 year preferred as a baseline)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 35 lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsSpecial RequirementsSpecific vision abilities required, including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusAbility to wear cleanroom attire for cleanroom assemblyAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periodsNesco Resource is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
