Assembler Clean Room EnvironmentJoin a growing automation and material handling equipment manufacturer in the Mason, Ohio area. We are seeking dependable Assemblers who enjoy hands-on work, mechanical assembly, and building high-quality equipment in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for stable employment, overtime opportunities, benefits, and long-term career growth.ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to drawings and specificationsBuild subassemblies and complete final assembly of equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and work instructionsUtilize hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring devices safely and effectivelyInspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are metEssential SkillsMechanical aptitude and ability to work with toolsExperience performing mechanical or electro-mechanical assemblyAbility to read blueprints and assembly drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic knowledge of manufacturing and production processesExperience using measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, and gaugesAdditional Skills & QualificationsPrior assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferredExperience with conveyor systems, automation equipment, or industrial machinery is a plusFamiliarity with electrical wiring, cable routing, or panel assembly is beneficialKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practicesWhy Work Here?You will join a workplace known for its excellent history of tenure and employee retention, reflecting a stable and supportive environment where people choose to stay. You will regularly use tape measures and small measurement tools to perform precise inspections. The role may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work hours and shifts may vary based on production needs, and you will be expected to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols. Dress and attire must comply with clean room requirements, which may include wearing specific garments or protective equipment to maintain a controlled environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
