In this role, you'll work with advanced manufacturing equipment, produce precision components, and contribute to the production of innovative products used in cutting-edge industries.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning new technologies, and developing highly sought-after technical skills in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsPerform quality inspections using measuring instruments and visual inspection techniquesAdjust machine settings to maintain quality standards and optimize production efficiencyUtilize hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectivelyAssist with light electrical assembly and basic troubleshooting as neededComplete production documentation and maintain accurate recordsFollow cleanroom procedures, quality standards, and safety protocolsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancementsQualificationsPrevious experience in machine operation, manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailExperience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipmentAbility to work independently and collaborate within a team environmentHigh school diploma or GED requiredJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
