Job description
Cleanroom Production AssemblerWe are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Assembler for the 2nd shift in the Fishers/Indianapolis area. This role requires working Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with voluntary opportunities for additional shifts throughout the week.ResponsibilitiesMaintain material and supply needs to support production effectively.Set up and operate equipment and process materials and packaging kits following standard operating procedures.Inspect products and components to ensure the completeness and precision of final device and product information.Verify product quality and adherence to specifications.Ensure full compliance with GMP and housekeeping standards in the packaging area.Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving processes related to packaging.Complete and ensure the accuracy of all process orders and associated documentation, records, and metrics.Prepare work centers for line clearance procedures and conduct regular cleaning according to standard operating procedures.Train others in the department as needed.Essential SkillsAbility to read and speak English.Basic math skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Capability to learn and adjust to multiple jobs and responsibilities.Proficiency in a fast-paced work environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year of related experience in production or manufacturing assembly in a regulated industry.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.Flexibility in work schedule when needed.Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO principles.Basic computer skills and competency using standard software packages.Strong interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of safety procedures.High school diploma.Why Work Here?Join a team committed to excellence in the medical industry, focused on manufacturing diabetic test strips. The station promotes a collaborative and efficient workspace.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.45 - $21.45/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
