Join Cadence in Cranberry Twp, PAWe are expanding our operations in Cranberry Twp, PA and are looking to fill immediate openings on all shifts. Our production team works 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday with opportunities for overtime on Friday.When you join the Cadence team, your hands will help craft precision medical components that make surgeries safer, recovery faster, and lives longer. Our team's skill and dedication become part of someone's story of recovery.What You'll DoAssemble and inspect small medical components with precision and care.Ensure quality by checking your work and catching even the smallest imperfections.Operate cleanroom equipment safely and effectively (training provided).Document your work accurately to maintain full traceability and compliance.Keep your workspace spotless — our cleanroom standards protect both you and our products.Collaborate and contribute to process improvements that make our products and team even better.What You'll BringManufacturing experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!Strong attention to detail and pride in doing work that helps others.Steady hands and good manual dexterity for handling small parts.A team-focused mindset and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and excellence in everything you do.Dependability and accountability.
