Clerical SupervisorThe Clerical Supervisor performs a variety of clerical and office support duties and supervises the clerical, referral, medical records, and billing staff. The Clerical Supervisor serves as the main point of contact and liaison for the day-to-day operations of the front office and provides day-to-day guidance and leadership to staff, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution to ensure timely and accurate performance of job duties while maintaining an atmosphere of respect and efficiency among personnel.
