Substitute Secretaries For Cleveland Heights-University Heights City SchoolsRenhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Secretaries for Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools for the school year. This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year. Minimum requirements:High School Diploma/EquivalentTwo professional referencesBCI & FBI background checks completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education. Renhill Group can complete these for a fee if you do not already have them. Please call to make an appointment.Necessary Skills/Duties:Monitor record keeping proceduresPrepare computer documentsMaintain systematic filing systemGreet/assist visitorsPrepare letters, memos, notes, and emailsPrepare photocopiesProcess incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mailHelp resolve staff/parent/student issuesRelevant work experience in fieldDemonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skillsProficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammarEnrollment in School Employees Retirement System (SERS) with 14% employer match.Wellness/preventative, fixed indemnity medical, dental, vision, term life, and short-term disability benefits offered.Questions?
