About the Role
FM Life is seeking an Entry Level Client Account Manager to support continued growth across the Columbus area.
This is a client-facing, business development role focused on building relationships with local businesses, working with business owners and employees, and helping clients understand available voluntary workplace benefit options.
No prior industry experience is required. Structured training, field mentorship, and licensing support are provided.
This opportunity can be a strong fit for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, account support, recruiting, or sales who enjoys working directly with people and wants long-term growth.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain relationships with local business clients
Meet with business owners, decision-makers, and employees
Explain available voluntary workplace benefit options
Assist with client onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing account needs
Manage follow-up, appointments, and account activity using CRM tools
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional and comfortable meeting with clients in person
Coachable, dependable, and organized
Able to manage follow-up and daily activity independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to complete required state licensing
Previous sales or industry experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation
Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + bonuses
Target first-year earnings: $49,600 - $90,100+, depending on individual production and performance.
